Daryl started his career with Walmart Canada in 1995 as a store associate, and has been a student of retail ever since. In 2003, he was promoted to Store Manager and later progressed to hold many single and multi-unit operational roles. In February 2016, Daryl transitioned to the eCommerce business unit in the role of Vice-President, Omni Channel and Online Grocery. He is currently responsible for advancing Walmart Canada’s digital efforts in the omni-channel space, as well as leading the team to develop and deploy the Online Grocery business across Canada. Johnny Russo joined Mark’s, one of the largest apparel retailers in Canada, as the Associate Vice President of Digital Marketing and Ecommerce in January 2016.
