Colin Picard is Director of Human Resources at Best Buy Canada. Having been with Best Buy for 12 years in a variety of HR and Operations roles, Colin began overseeing the human resources needs for the entire eCommerce and Digital departments in 2017. Colin leads a diverse team, including traditional human resources in the distribution centres, corporate human resources, and talent development coaches who facilitate the development and professional growth of employees in the absence of a traditional management structure, which is becoming increasingly obsolete in Agile environments. Colin is a key driver of the people components of Best Buy’s digital transformation and is passionate about leadership, especially in non-traditional structures.
