Gregoire Baret joined the ALDO Group in 2015 as a General Manager, heading the Experience Design. He oversees UX, Service Design, E-commerce Experience and Connected Retail practices. His team's mission is to design services made to enhance the shopping journey for consumers and sales associates, to frame consistency & continuity through all touch points, as well as to drive pilots and tests on new concepts. Prior to this role, he was on the agency side, in a string of senior roles at digital agencies, including Razorfish in Paris. Brands Baret has led digital strategy and marketing for include L’Ore´al, Adidas, Levi’s, Nike, Nissan, Guerlain and PlayStation.
