Bhavik Vyas is a seasoned retail and brand strategist with a track record of driving growth, innovation, and memorable customer experiences in both global and emerging markets. As a Partner leading retail at Rains, the Danish brand know for waterproof outerwear and bags, Bhavik has been instrumental in building and scaling retail operations in Canada — optimizing store performance, enhancing visual merchandising, and building community-centric in-store experiences that translate Rains’ brand ethos into meaningful customer engagement. Bhavik is also the Co-Founder & Managing Partner of Readymade Retail & Experiences, a full-service Toronto and NYC based consultancy that partners with brands to bring strategic retail concepts, immersive pop-ups, and bespoke physical experiences to life. In this role, he works directly with brands to navigate retail strategy, real-estate, design/build, and operations — helping clients such as Thuma, Moose Knuckles, Knix, and KOTN realize ambitious retail initiatives from concept to execution. Combining operational expertise with a passion for experiential retail, Bhavik brings a practical, design-forward perspective to today’s omnichannel landscape — helping brands connect with consumers in ways that are both impactful and measurable.
