Senior Director, Retail eCommerce Best Buy Canada

As Director of Retail eCommerce for Best Buy Canada, Brendan oversees the development and optimization of all aspects of the customer merchandising experience on Best Buy’s online platforms.

Having joined the company in 2014, Brendan brings with him over 10 years of retail experience, half of those as Director of Operations at the Brick, where he was responsible for overall store execution and merchandising. Brendan then took on the role of Director of Digital/eCommerce, where he was accountable for achieving online growth and profitability targets by focusing on category development, optimization of the site wide path to purchase, and overall digital strategy.

Brendan’s breadth of knowledge from both the physical and digital environments, passion for omnichannel retail, and ability to lead and inspire high performing, collaborative teams has contributed to the advancement and success of Best Buy’s Total Retail approach to providing customers a seamless experience, regardless of how they choose to shop.
