Kerrie is the Director of CRM & Customer Lifecycle at Reitmans Canada Ltd. She started her career early in the area of CRM as a business analyst consulting with retailers accross North America and quickly developed a passion for understanding what drives the consumer in their decision making process. She transposed her customer first mindset while leading the RW&CO. division of Reitmans Canada as the Director of Marketing & CRM for the last 8 years and has recently shifted to larger overarching role guiding CRM and Loyalty tactics for all three divisions of Reitmans Canada LTD (Reitmans, RW&CO. & Penningtons).
