Tom Doulos, VP of Customer Experience at Endy has over 25 years of experience in various customer facing roles. Starting his career on the frontlines in customer service for major telecommunications companies in Canada, Tom then went on to lead customer success teams at tech startups focussing in insight research and marketing advocacy. Landing at Endy in May 2018, Tom manages the best in class Customer Experience which involves mapping all stages of the customer journey, including advocacy, and reviews.
