Yan Wang is passionate about leading client and digital transformation to meet the business challenges of today and tomorrow. Across various industries, she has incorporated design thinking and data-driven insights from the retail storefront level to the web & mobile channels as well as driving agile-based culture change. As Vice-President, Client Experience and Digital Channels for Sun Life Canada, Yan Wang is responsible for shaping the Client experience for the millions of Sun Life clients across Group Benefits, Group Retirement Service, and Retail. She has oversight for Sun Life’s Client digital channels and enables advisors and plan sponsors to make client centricity a key part of their business. She has won multiple business awards for her ability to drive change, build high performing teams and deliver outcome-driven results to enhance the customer journey experience. Yan holds a Bachelor of Engineering from McGill University and an MBA from the University of Toronto.
