Matt Snyder

Matt Snyder is Vice President, Operations Services for Radial, the leading omnichannel service provider in the North America.  He is responsible for fulfillment services across 25 clients and 9 fulfillment centers, including Radial’s Mississauga, Ontario, operation.  His teams provide leading edge tools, services, and reporting to process orders, manage inventory, ship direct to customers, and provide seamless returns experiences.  He has 25 years of supply chain experience at Dell, Ingersoll Rand, and McMaster-Carr Supply Co, covering planning, strategy, logistics, program management, and operations.  With particular expertise in lean enterprise transformations, Matt has led organizations through both out-sourcing and in-sourcing decisions, as well as significant lean 6 sigma process improvements.  He has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Michigan, where he actively participates on the Corporate Advisory Council for the Supply Chain Management program.
