Ram Naidu

Ram Naidu has distinguished himself as a thought leader and a catalyst for change with a history of delivering exceptional results in Risk, Finance, Internal Audit, and Operations for 20 years.  He has broad expertise evaluating strategies, policies, processes, risks, controls, models, metrics, analytics, regulatory compliance, governance frameworks, and enterprise-wide business and IT transformation programs with a proficiency for identifying gaps and opportunities to add value, recommending pragmatic solutions, and influencing change.  Ram is passionate about designing and implementing operational excellence models that manage operational risk and transform business processes, culture, and customer interactions from reactive to proactive; resulting in continuous improvements in organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

Ram is a Senior Vice President at Wells Fargo with responsibility for managing operational risk within the Consumer Financial Services business.  He previously worked at Freddie Mac as a Financial Controller with 10Q/K reporting responsibilities and also served as an Audit Director during the mortgage crisis where he helped implement the three lines of defense framework, resolve material weaknesses, and develop the enterprise inventory of SOX and operational controls.  Prior to joining Freddie Mac, Ram was First Vice President at JP Morgan Chase where he directed operations in the US and internationally.  Ram also served as Vice President at JP Morgan Chase’s Internal Audit department where he developed and executed the audit plan, oversaw large scale business and IT transformation initiatives, and conducted due diligence on acquisition deals.

Ram graduated from Drexel University with a Master of Business Administration and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).  In his spare time, Ram enjoys being outdoors, adventure sports, and serving his local community in Northern Virginia.
