Richard is currently Director of E-Commerce at Browns. In this role, Richard leverages technology and marketing to reach, engage, and retain customers, consistently delivering multimillion dollar growth. Previously, Richard led North American digital strategy and e-commerce for a number of brands within L’Oréal’s Luxury Products Division. In addition to his work in the trenches, Richard is a passionate thought leader in the world of e-commerce. He has been a presenter, panelist, and moderator at several major conferences and currently sits on the advisory boards of eTail Canada and the Retail Council of Canada.
