Tara is a passionate retailer, determined to find the balance between instore and online to bring out the best experience for the customer. As Vice-President, eCommerce at The Source she is responsible for the eCommerce strategy and vision for the organization. Tara has been focused on pushing the boundaries of eCommerce in Canada, leveraging technology and innovation to build an unparalleled Omni-channel experience. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from the University of Guelph, and has been in retail for the majority of her 20 year career as a customer-centric advocate, with a focus on marketing, ecommerce and technology.
